Core supports are used to assist you with your daily life. This can be assistance in getting ready to start your day, cleaning your house, tidying your yard and garden and also for assistance to access the community. Core supports are able to provide transport assistance including to and from events and appointments and assistance whilst there.
Our friendly team of support workers are ready to support you to live your life to the fullest.
If you're living with or recovering from a mental health condition. Our recovery coaches will assist to empower you to live your best possible life by supporting you to discover all you can be, whether this be personal, social or improve your emotional well-being no goal is too big or too small.

Specialist Support Coordination

Our Support Coordinator's will support you to understand and implement the funded supports in your plan and link you to community, mainstream and other government services.
They will focus on supporting you to build skills and direct your life as well as connect you to providers.
They will support you to build your capacity in to self-directing and self-managing your plan and in maximizing your choice and control.
They will also provide assistance with plan review preparation and meetings and assistance to gather required information and evidences for any change of circumstance.
Our Support Coordinator's are dedicated to assisting you to get the most out of your plan. You are in control every step of the way.
If you are not happy with where you live it is important to discuss this with your Local Area Coordinator or the NDIS and ask to have Explore Housing Options Include in your plan.

Our Support Coordinators are able to assist you to gather the necessary information and reporting to support you with your goal of moving to more suitable accommodation.
Short Term Accommodation or STA is how we can help you or your loved one when your living arrangements are temporarily changed.
This could be a result of your carer needing a hospital stay or have an illness that stops them from being able to care for you.
We can provide short term accommodation to make sure that you’re safe, and all your support needs are looked after until you can return home.
This is something that is funded via the core component of your plan and can provided for up to six weeks.

Like recovery coaching, mentoring will help people living with a disability or a mental health condition empower you to live the kind of life you want to live.
Our mentoring is offered by someone that has lived experience. The mentor is there to listen to you, offer examples of what has worked for them and explore your options to work towards achieving your goals.
Our Services are available to Plan-Managed and Self-Managed Participants only.

What are Kimochis?
Kimochis (Kimochi means feeling in Japanese) is a social-emotional learning program that teaches children real-life skills, such as how to identify and express their emotions, self-control, problem solving, and communication.
Kimochis look like toys, but they are the real tools that teach emotional intelligence to children between 6 and 11 years of age.
· increases emotional vocabulary, social skills, self-awareness, self-regulation skills
· helps children better identify and express their emotions
· strengthens child’s emotional intelligence
· helps handle emotionally charged moments
· engages children in fun and active learning by using Kimochis characters
· promotes non-violent communication
· teaches tolerance
· decreases bullying
What my child will learn during the Kimochis lesson?
The program is designed to teach children the skills needed to live happy and fulfilling lives. Kimochis program consists of 5 characters and plush feelings.
During each session, your child will be introduced to a new Kimochis character. Each character has a unique temperament and personality. They are accompanied by plush feelings that help them to build their emotional vocabulary.
The second part of each session will focus on the Kimochis Keys to Communication tools to help your child learn how to speak in a respectful and responsible way and listen openly.

Our Support Coordination team has a diverse knowledge of the local community, mainstream and funded services in your area and can assist to build a support network tailored to you as the individual.
